Outreach Workshop Request Form - Community Groups

In-person or online

  • Thank you for requesting a workshop from your local UK Parliament Outreach Officer. Please take two minutes to complete and return the below form and we will be in touch with you shortly.

























  • Please give at least 6 weeks notice of requested date(s). Please note that this is subject to the availability of your local Outreach officer.
    If you were contacted by an Outreach Officer, please select ‘Other’ and provide more information when asked below.

    We will use the information that you provide to send tailored email newsletters packed with information on free activities online and around the UK to help your organisation get involved and make a difference.
