  • Transport

  • Transport will be provided to and from Westminster by the most reasonable public transport route from your home (or wherever else you may be residing on April 14th). In most instances, this will be a day return train ticket. If you have plans to remain in London longer, we will provide a ticket for your chosen dates as long as the cost is similar.

  • Consent

  • During the winners’ day event, we will be taking photographs and video, which may include images of you and your child. We will also ask you to send us photographs of your child with the tower they made for the competition, if you have them.
  • We will use the images we collect to promote the work of UK Parliament in the press and on social media. Images may appear in printed leaflets and posters, on our website or social media, which can be viewed all around the world. We will sometimes include your child’s first name and the region they are from. If you are worried about this, it’s important that you let us know. Our staff will be happy to discuss how you can control the use of your personal data with you.
  • If you want us to stop using your image (withdrawing your consent), you can do this at any time by letting us know. We will try and help, but please understand that it may be difficult or impossible for us to remove your image completely from printed material, or from electronic sources such as social media. More information about how we use your personal data and your rights can be found here: Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
