How to book  

To use the portal, you will need to have registered and created your user account. This is a completely new system so everyone will need to register, even if you have booked with us before in a previous system. Information on how to register is further down this page.  

If you are logged in and unable to see the calendar with all the available slots, this may be because your registration is incomplete – you have a user account, but it is not linked to an educational organisation. To fix this please go to the ‘My details’ section of the portal to find and link to your organisation. How to register so you can make a booking

We strongly advise that you create your account as soon as possible so that you are ready to book with ease on the day. Some users will need to be verified by our team which can take up to five working days. Registering ahead of time is important to ensure you are then able to access bookings on the day.
