Join us for our annual post-16 Politics and Modern Studies teacher seminar, co-hosted with the Political Studies Association (PSA)

This year we’ll be focussing on the role of an MP, hearing from academics and politicians at Parliament.

In the afternoon, we’ll be joined by our guest speakers, Dr Rebecca Wray from the University of Leeds, Dr Andrew Roe-Crines and Danny Bowman from the University of Liverpool, and by Anum Qaisar MP.

In the morning, we’ll take you on a tour of the House of Commons and House of Lords. If you can’t join us until later, you’ll have the opportunity to watch a debate at the end of the day.

Lunch will be provided 12:00-13:00.

If you teach at a state-funded school/college outside London, we can assist with the costs of your travel to UK Parliament. Please do not book your own travel. If you’re successful in gaining a place, we’ll do this for you.

Places are limited. A reserve list will be created if applications exceed capacity. We’ll contact you to let you know the outcome.
